Boston

I don't even have words, not that I could say anything that hasn't already been said.  I haven't been able to watch coverage because my kids are here and I don't feel like they need to watch it.  My heart breaks for those involved.  Some of my running friends were running Boston today and a couple of them were too close for comfort.

Keeping everyone affected in my prayers.  Time to go run.
